DO I HAVE TO AUDITION?
No auditions are necessary for admission into the workshop. Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis, so the sooner you register, the better your chances are of being accepted into the workshop.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR THE WORKSHOPS?
There is no dress code for our workshop. Though we strongly recommend that you bring knee pads, socks and long sleeve t-shirts.
CAN I GET COLLEGE CREDIT FOR TAKING THE WORKSHOP?
We do not offer college credit but hope to in the future.
ARE YOU OFFERING DROP-IN CLASSES?
We are not offering drop-ins for our upcoming January 4 & 5, 2025 workshop.
I MISSED THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE. IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN STILL ATTEND?
We’re sorry you missed the deadline! We have opened up a waitlist for people like you. To be considered, please fill out the registration form, and we will reach out to you via email as soon as a spot becomes available. You'll have 24 hours to complete your registration once notified. Spots will be offered to dancers in the order in which they joined the waitlist.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR THIS PROGRAM?
You can pay either via Venmo or Zelle. If these two option do not work for you, please email us at workshop@nvonarx.com.
IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN?
No, we do not offer payment plans for our workshop.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
All payments are non-refundable except in the event of documented medical situations, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. No refunds are given once the program has started, regardless of program completion or withdrawal. Dismissal from the program will not constitute a reason for any refund. Your registration will not be completed until your full payment is received.
WHY HAVE THE TUITION COSTS INCREASED?
We strive to keep our workshops as accessible as possible while maintaining the quality and care you’ve come to expect. Unfortunately, our studio rental costs have nearly doubled, and this adjustment ensures we can continue to provide a high-quality experience for all participants. The increase reflects the rising cost of running our programs while supporting our team of teaching artists, the venue, and other workshop essentials. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to making every workshop a valuable and enriching experience.
HOW LARGE ARE THE CLASSES?
Class sizes depend on the total enrollment. In past years, classes generally range from 25-40 people per class.
I'M COMING FROM OUT OF TOWN. WHEN SHOULD I PLAN TO ARRIVE SO THAT I DON’T MISS ANYTHING? DO YOU PROVIDE HOUSING?
Please plan to arrive between 15min-30min before your first class. We do not provide nor take care of your housing, per diems, or travel expenses.
